- The registration fees are including reception at the townhall on Wednesday June 12, 2024.
After registering
- You will receive an overview of the optional social events in January, 2024.
- Please note that participant fees do not include other optional social events, optional tours and/or hotel accommodation.
Cancellation policy
- The participant has the right to cancel the registration.
- Cancellation can only be made by e-mail. Cancellations by telephone must always be confirmed in writing by the participant. After receiving a cancellation, the NOV or its congress bureau will always send a confirmation of that cancellation.
- After registering, the participant has a reflection period of 14 days: within that period, the participant can cancel free of charge. If the participant has already paid, the participant will receive a refund of the registration fees.
- In case of cancellation up to one week before the start of the meeting, the NOV will only charge an administration fee of € 25.
- In case of cancellation less than 1 week before the meeting, the participant is obliged to pay 100% of the registration fee. The reason for cancellation does not play a role in all cases. The cancellation date is the date on which the written cancellation is sent.
